Welcome to The Powder Parlour, a tattoo and piercing studio located in uptown Waterloo. Here, we specialize in fine line tattooing. We strive to make anyone and everyone feel welcome and comfortable in their appointment. Featuring two female artists, Kaitlyn, the owner, as well as Catarina.
